Domestic Shipping:

 

First Class Mail:

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. 
  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days 

 Priority Mail:

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. 
  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days (order must be placed by 1pm EST)

International Shipping:

 

DHL Express:

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days (depending on destination).

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some items may be unavailable for international shipping due to size,       customs regulations, or other restrictions.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient & might be required by customs law to be paid prior to receiving the package in the destination country.

Return Policy

 

At Soulstealr ®, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All tags must still be attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    • Final sale items
    • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
    • Customized or personalized items
    • Gift cards

Return Process

 

Initiate a Return:

  • From the "Contact" section or your email app, email support@soulstealr.com with the title "Return."  Provide your order number, a description of the issue, & any supporting photographs if applicable. A team member will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
  • Navigate to the “Order History” section and select the order you wish to return.
  • Click on the “Return Item” button and follow the prompts to complete the return request form.

Prepare Your Return:

  • Pack the items securely in the original packaging. Include all original tags and accessories.
  • Print the return label provided in the return request confirmation email.

Ship Your Return:

  • Affix the return label to the package.
  • Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location or arrange a pickup, as indicated in the return instructions.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for our team to process it. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
